This announcement was made Thursday, April 9, 2009: The federal government is establishing a virtual (electronic) lifetime health record for all servicemen and women during and after their military careers, President Obama announced Thursday.
This technology is available to everyone. I am a strong proponent of electronic medical records. I have made this a top priority in my medical practice.
