Have you had any experience with Biomet's Signature? If so how do you feel it compares to Visionaire and the Journey. What advantages/disadvantages do you see not only in the PMI cutting blocks but the actual implants? My father has bi/lat Vanguard knees done before Signature was released, but my mother will be needing a knee replacement soon. I stumbled upon your blog and was interested in your opinion.
